I’ve been busy with classes, how are you fine folks today? Have a fine Datsun from last summer’s C&C.
Gotta say that I’ve had a somewhat exciting couple of weeks with turning 22, finding out I have 12 classes(1-2 years) left after this Autumn to finish undergrad, planning a trip to Chicago, and my favorite band is releasing a new album this week. Plus it’s getting warmer, which means the return of Cars and Coffee to my area!
Here are a handful of photos from the last C&C I went to last summer/autumn.

No, never. I didn’t even know 3 Doors Down was still together.
My favorite is Into It. Over It.

I’ve been trying to find a decent Datsun 510 or 610 for a while now. Prefer a wagon just for the cargo space. Would consider a 620 truck too. Pretty slim pickings up her in Canada though, figure the salt ate most of them. Might hafta pick out a California car, and do the fly and drive to get something worth working on.

I didn’t know either, but I saw they were releasing an album this week.
They sound pretty good, I like Vis Major.

It is getting no press from any of the music sites I follow, that is pretty sad for them haha. Into It. Over It. on the other hand is just seeing the good reviews roll in, best so far I think is from Consequence of Sound.
I’m digging the whole thing obviously, but Vis Major is a definite highlight along with Old Lace and Ivory as well as Adult Contempt. If you like them, definitely listen to the previous to albums; Proper and Intersections. I think the evolution is good and progresses well.

Will do! Yeah it’s hard to get some recognition for your music, especially when it’s not so poppy.
